RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Not completely satisfied with your purchase? No problem. At Heorshe.nl we offer you the opportunity to return your order, or a part of it, within 30 days of receiving your items.
Strict condition: Unopened and Unused
Heorshe sells baby products (such as baby bottles and pacifiers). Due to strict hygiene and health regulations, we can only accept returns if the original seal is intact and the packaging is completely unopened.
If the product has been taken out of its packaging or used even once, we unfortunately cannot do anything for you and will not be able to accept the return or issue a refund. Thank you for your understanding; the safety and hygiene of the little ones is our top priority!
How do I request a return?
- Send an email to contact@tryheorshe.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include your order number and the reason for the return.

- Pack the item securely in its original, unopened condition.
- Send the package to us. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, and please keep your shipping receipt (Track & Trace).
Return Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Return shipping costs are non-refundable. The only exception is if we made an error and shipped you an incorrect or defective product; in that case, we will cover the return shipping costs.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected to confirm it is unopened and in its original condition, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will process your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 days. (If you return your full order, the original standard shipping costs will also be refunded).
